Billing Information
UFP is not a bulk-billing centre. Patients are required to pay the full payment of fees at the time of appointment.
Please ask receptionist if other fees applies, such as medicals or vaccinations.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, EFTPOS or credit card.
With new technology we are able to offer instantaneous Medicare refunds for card payments. This means there will be NO cheques to return. Our out-of-pocket expense remains at $48.60 or $28.60 for concession card holders.
For cash payments your claim can be electronically transmitted to Medicare so that your rebate can be directly deposited into your bank account, if you have previously registered your bank details with Medicare.
Bulk billing is at the discretion of the doctor that you see at the time of your consultation.
If you are having financial difficulties, please do not neglect your health. Discuss this with your doctor.
